Vermilion Energy has completed the sale of its non-core Saskatchewan and Manitoba light oil assets for gross proceeds of $415 million. The divested assets produced approximately 10,500 boe/d (86% oil and liquids). This move aligns with Vermilion’s ongoing strategy to streamline its portfolio, prioritizing long-duration, high-return assets. The net proceeds will be used to enhance the company’s balance sheet and support core operations in Canada and Europe.
