Canadian Spirit Mulling Strategic Alternatives for Montney Asset
Canadian Spirit Resources Inc. is pursuing strategic alternatives to maximize the value of its Montney resource base at Farrell Creek, Altares, and Attachie.
CSRI has engaged Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. to assist in this process.
It could equate to a the sale of the Company or a portion of the Company's assets, a merger, recapitalization, farm-in or joint venture, or other such options.
Canadian Spirit's Montney Asset
The asset consists of areas where the company holds 100% WI, as well as areas that are part of its JV with Pacific Canbriam Energy (55% WI for Canadian Spirit).

- 100% WI Acreage: 17,158
- JV Acreage with Canbriam: 9,659
Reserves (Proved plus Probable): 10.1 Bcf gross (9.7 net)
